Top Foodie Tip: Pumpkin Skin

Top tip for today:
When roasting pumpkin leave the skin on! It is super nutritious with loads of iron and magnesium as well as having anti-fungal and anti-bacterial qualities. Give it a little scrub and rinse beforehand (esp if not organic). It tastes beautiful and adds texture. If you’re mashing simply use a hand blender and your mash will still be smooth as silk with loads more nutrients! Glorious pumpkin.
